With significant roles such as Catering Manager at ITC Hotels Bengaluru, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Dubai, and Taj West End Bengaluru, among others, Syed has managed MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and social sales operations, driving crucial revenue and exceeding guest expectations.
In his most recent role as MICE Manager, Syed demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the operational flow of large-scale events, excelling in revenue administration, goal setting, team management, and customer relationship building.
