The UDS Group of Hotels has officially announced its entry into Kerala’s commercial capital with the launch of Uday Suites Kochi, an airport apartment hotel located directly opposite Cochin International Airport.
The renowned UDS Group of Hotels is set to make its mark on Kochi’s hospitality landscape with the launch of Uday Suites, a premier airport apartment hotel. The group has acquired the former Lotus 8 hotel, a well-known property and one of Kerala’s earliest airport hotels, situated directly across from Cochin International Airport.
This strategic expansion was formalized in a handover ceremony attended by Mr. Rajasekharan Nair, Chairman and Managing Director of UDS Group; Mrs. Radha Nair, Director; Mr. Vignesh Nair, Executive Director; Mr. Mohankumaran Nair, Director–Finance; and Mr. Raj Gopaal Iyer, CEO of UDS Group of Hotels.

The rebranded property—Uday Suites Cochin—features 58 centrally air-conditioned suite rooms designed for comfort and convenience. The hotel is equipped with modern amenities including multi-cuisine restaurants, a bar, conference and board rooms, a business centre, health club, travel desk, and a kids’ activity zone, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The rebranded property, Uday Suites Kochi, will feature 58 spacious, centrally air-conditioned suite rooms.
