Mr. Prasad Kakkoth has been appointed as the new Chef de Cuisine at Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa. With two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Prasad holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Jaipur National University. He launched his career at Malabar Palace Hotel Kozhikode in 2002 and has since worked with esteemed international brands such as The East Ramada Hotel KSA, ITC WelcomHotel Raviz Kozhikode, Vivanta by Taj Trivandrum, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Hyatt Regency Thrissur, and Marriott Hotel Whitefield Bangalore.
Prasad enjoys creating new recipes, photography, travelling, reading, and music in his leisure time.
