Mr.Vijay Bhandari has been appointed as the Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. In his role, Vijay will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage the kitchen operations as a profitable, independent center that strives to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. His responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
Vijay brings with him 14 years of experience in the culinary industry, having completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the IHM Meerut. He began his culinary journey at Carlson International Group of Hotels as a Culinary Commii and has since worked with other prominent hotel brands such as The Westin Gurgaon and The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace.
Vijay has achieved several notable accolades throughout his career, including being awarded for excellence in customer satisfaction in 2016 and winning the Star Manager award at The Westin Hyderabad.
