Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel has announced the appointment of Zibraan Kazi as Rooms Division Manager. With over 13 years of experience in guest relations and the hospitality industry, Zibraan is an expert in managing and coordinating complete room operations. He oversees planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of the hotel’s rooms.
In his new role, Zibraan will work towards improving guest satisfaction by ensuring Rooms Division meets brand standards, targeting customer needs, focusing on growing revenues, and maximizing the financial performance of the department. A hardworking disciplinarian, he has excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
He has worked with leading hotel brands such as Taj Lands’ End Mumbai, Shangri-La Hotels & Resort Mumbai,St. Regis Hotel, Mumbai. Grand Mercure Accor, Bengaluru. Zibraan likes travelling and exploring new places mostly hills & mountains. He takes a keen interest in exploring new cuisines.
