Mr Nair’s career trajectory has been marked by remarkable achievements, including his instrumental role in the successful pre-launch phases of six luxurious hotels and resorts, such as the renowned Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands and Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. Notably, his expertise in sales and marketing has significantly contributed to the early successes of these establishments.
Commencing his hospitality journey with Kadavu Resorts, the first five-star resort in Malabar, Mr Nair swiftly proved his prowess in sales and marketing within the industry. His extensive skill set encompasses various competencies, from devising business development strategies to implementing comprehensive training programs.
Mr. Nair’s track record speaks volumes, consistently delivering outstanding results in revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. His proficiency extends beyond traditional hospitality roles, demonstrated by his adept management of VIP and Hospitality services for prestigious events such as the Indian Super League and International Cricket Matches.
In addition to fostering partnerships with travel trade entities and corporate giants across diverse markets, Mr. Nair is deeply committed to promoting responsible tourism initiatives. His involvement in projects like Experience Nila by Hyatt Hotels underscores his dedication to sustainability and community-driven endeavours.
Outside his professional endeavours, Mr Nair finds solace in cricket, where he serves as an umpire in state-level matches. He cherishes time spent with his accomplished family, including his wife Soumya Menon, a distinguished Maritime Law LLM graduate, and their beloved children, Eashwar Nair and Moksha Nair.
