Air France is once again elevating the dining experience, bringing its acclaimed long-haul Business class menus to an exclusive pop-up restaurant on The Rooftop at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. Running from June 25 to August 20, 2025, this unique culinary venture offers visitors a chance to savor fine French dining with unparalleled panoramic views of Paris.
Following the immense success of its inaugural pop-up during the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics at the Palais de Tokyo, Air France has chosen the eighth floor of the iconic Parisian department store for its latest installation. The restaurant features an elegant, bespoke design in the airline’s signature navy blue, white, and red hues, creating a cozy and private ambiance reminiscent of their airport lounges.
A Taste of the Skies, Grounded in Luxury

With seating for twenty covers and two lunch services daily (except Tuesdays), the restaurant provides an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. An accompanying outdoor lounge and sunbeds invite guests to relax while taking in breathtaking vistas, from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre and the charming Parisian rooftops.

The menu at this unique concept restaurant is a testament to French culinary excellence, prepared by Servair, a leading airline catering company. Each course—an appetizer, starter, main course, a selection of cheeses, and dessert—is served on tableware specially designed for Air France by Jean-Marie Massaud, replicating the in-flight Business meal tray experience.
Michelin-Starred Flavors and Award-Winning Desserts
Guests will indulge in dishes crafted by triple Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon, identical to those served in Air France’s long-haul Business cabin. The à la carte selection features a variety of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian options. Highlights include a Camargue rice trio with lemon, carrot and orange sauce, and Chicken with morel mushroom sauce, rice pilaf and green asparagus, all reflecting Chef Marcon’s nature-inspired cuisine from his Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

For dessert, patrons can enjoy creations by Nina Métayer, crowned the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2023. Her gourmet yet light pastries, such as the Crunchy hazelnut and caramel delight and a Tatin-style crunchy delight, promise a delightful finish to the meal. To complement the exquisite dishes, Air France’s head sommelier Xavier Thuizat, also Head Sommelier at the Hôtel de Crillon and Best Sommelier in France 2022, has curated a sophisticated French wine and champagne list. A wide array of non-alcoholic beverages is also available.

The Air France restaurant is located on the eighth floor of Galeries Lafayette, Coupole Store, 40 boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris. It is open daily (except Tuesday) from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with reservations required. The lunch menu, including drinks, is priced at 93 euros.
