JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has appointed Bindiya Yadav as Director of Rooms, strengthening its leadership team with over two decades of luxury hospitality experience.
Yadav brings 23 years of expertise in housekeeping management, guest experience, and operational excellence. Most recently, she served as Executive Housekeeper at Fairmont Palace, Udaipur, where she managed large-scale operations, led high-performing teams, and drove measurable improvements in service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
In her new role, she will oversee the full rooms division – encompassing housekeeping, front office, and guest services – ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in keeping with the resort’s luxury positioning.
General Manager Ronan Fearon welcomed the appointment, noting that Yadav’s operational depth, attention to detail, and commitment to personalised hospitality make her a strong addition to the leadership team. “We are confident that her vision will further strengthen our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality,” he said.
