Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has appointed Subham Saha as Director of Catering Sales. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development, and revenue generation, he brings strong expertise in catering sales, MICE, strategic account management, and client relationship building.
In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the hotel’s catering sales strategy across weddings, social celebrations, corporate events, and MICE segments. He will focus on strengthening client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing revenue performance while positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for memorable events and experiences in Bengaluru.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Associate Director of Sales at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, where he played a key role in driving group and catering business while strengthening relationships with corporate clients and event planners. He has also held key positions at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, The Lalit Ashok Bangalore, and The Oberoi Group of Hotels. Additionally, he was part of the task force team at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, contributing to business development initiatives and sales excellence.
Over the course of his career, he has consistently demonstrated strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to sales. His expertise spans catering sales, account management, business development, market penetration, client engagement, revenue optimisation, and strategic planning. He has been recognised for his outstanding contributions within Marriott International, receiving the prestigious President’s Circle Award across the APEC region for two consecutive years. His ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth has contributed significantly to the success of the properties he has been associated with.
