Chef Chandra Sharma brings with him nearly 19 years of rich culinary experience in the hospitality industry. At the newly opened Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, Chef Sharma will be spearheading the culinary operations.
With extensive exposure to multinational cultures and a thorough understanding of consumer preferences paired with a profound knowledge of everything food, Chef Chandra is all about constant innovation to elevate the fine dining experience. His meticulous approach and expertise in executing seamless culinary experiences have significantly influenced and contributed to the organizations he served.
Chef Chandra’s journey began at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, where his talent and dedication set the stage for a remarkable career. Over the years, he has advanced through various Hyatt properties in India and Dubai.
Before joining Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, Chef Sharma served as Executive Sous Chef at Alila Diwa Goa, where he oversaw culinary operations and led his team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. His extensive experience and leadership have now led to his new role as Executive Chef at Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, where he will continue to lead the hotel’s culinary team and create memorable culinary experiences for its guests.
