Mr. G. Kishan Reddy (Gangapuram Kishan Reddy) is the new Union Minister for Tourism. Govt of India. In addition to Tourism, Mr.Reddy has also secured portfolios for the Culture and Development of Northeastern Region ministry.
Kishan Reddy was elected as Member of Parliament in 17th Lok Sabha from Secunderabad Constituency, Telanagana-2019. The Tourism & Culture Ministry has been upgraded into a Cabinet stature and Reddy being elevated as a Cabinet Minister within a Short Period.
Mr.Ajay Bhat from Uttarakhand is the Minister of State in the Ministry of Tourism and Mr. Shripad Yesso Naik from Goa is the Minister of State in the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and waterways; and Minister of State in the Ministry of Tourism.
Prime Minister Modi has clubbed the Department of DoNER with the Department of Tourism & Culture to bring synergies between the two departments of the government,
