Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, the first Hyatt brand hotels in Kerala has officially opened its door for guests, on April 28, 2018. The 264-room luxury hotel is a waterfront urban resort situated in Kochi backwaters is the third Grand Hyatt branded hotel in India.
Mr. Pianarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister of Kerala inaugurated the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty and Lulu International Convention Centre in a glittering function. Mr. Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, Government of India presided over the inaugural function. Sheik Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of Kingdom of Bahrain, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Social Development, United Arab Emirates, Mr. K.J. Alphonse Union Minister for Tourism, Government of India, Mr. Kadakampally Surendran, Minister for Tourism, Government of Kerala, Mr. V.S. Sunilkumar, Minister for Agriculture, Government of Kerala, Prof. K.V. Thomas MP and other dignitaries attended the function. Mr. M. A. Yusuf Ali, Chairman of Lulu Group welcomed the gathering.
