Holiday Inn Express announces the promotion of Faisal Khan to the position of Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar, effective August 2025.
Faisal has been an integral part of the Holiday Inn Express family since 2018, showcasing exceptional leadership, dedication, and operational acumen throughout his journey with the brand. In his previous role as Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur, Faisal played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction, driving team efficiency, and upholding the brand’s service standards.
With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Faisal brings a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest engagement, and team development. Over the years, he has successfully led initiatives that improved key performance metrics, earned departmental accolades, and contributed to achieving milestones such as the TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Award (2023) and Best Department of the Year (2024) under his leadership.
In his new capacity, Faisal will oversee the overall hotel operations at Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar, ensuring the continued delivery of seamless guest experiences while aligning with IHG’s global commitment to quality, safety, and service excellence.
