Hospitality’s Executive Chef Hussain Shahzad to create a limited-edition, Australia-inspired menu at O Pedro. This exclusive collaboration aims to tantalize taste buds and inspire diners to explore the wonders of Australian cuisine and holidays.
The special menu showcases the finest Australian ingredients and flavours against the vibrant backdrop of O Pedro’s Goan charm. Diners can enjoy dishes featuring native Australian ingredients like Davidson plum, macadamia nuts, paperbark, finger lime, seafood, and Australian wines, seamlessly blending Australian culinary excellence with Goa’s energetic ambience.
Chef Andy Allen, winner of MasterChef Australia season four, and Chef Hussain Shahzad, known for his innovative approach at Hunger Inc. Hospitality, present an array of delectable dishes designed for sharing. Highlights include:
Small Plates: Juicy Chicken Sausages in rich brown sauce with pillowy-soft white bread, Buffalo Tataki with succulent lobster, creamy crème fraiche, and zesty green tomatoes, and Macadamia Tabbouleh accompanied by smoky burnt eggplant yoghurt, nutty green barley, and tangy grape vinegar.
Big Plates: BBQ Prawns coated in indulgent XO butter, served with perfectly charred greens, and Wood-Roasted Spatchcock infused with fiery fermented chilli and roasted corn, baked to perfection in O Pedro’s stone oven.
Dessert: Burnt Honey and Paperbark Crème Brûlée, offering a sweet finale to the meal.
