Shinoj joins the Shilton leadership team with a strong track record in corporate sales, revenue growth, and client relationship management. His career in the hospitality sector has seen him navigate competitive markets, build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, and consistently exceed sales targets through a combination of market intelligence and a personalised approach to guest requirements.
Prior to joining Shilton Hotels, Shinoj was associated with Lemon Tree Hotels, where he developed expertise across diverse market segments and earned a reputation for delivering sustained sales performance in demanding environments.
At Shilton Hotels Kochi, he has already been instrumental in driving meaningful revenue growth since joining the team, with his deep understanding of Kochi’s corporate hospitality landscape proving a significant asset to the property.
