Located within the historic City Palace at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, an iconic Living Legacy of Taj, Zhēn Zhū presents a curated journey across the diverse culinary landscapes of China, Japan, Thailand and Southeast Asia. The menu is guided by ingredient-led cooking and balanced technique, with each dish crafted with restraint and clarity of flavour. Guests can begin with delicately composed selections such as Water Chestnut & Truffle Dim Sum and Charcoal Prawn Har Gao, alongside small plates like Crispy Spinach with Almond Flakes and Chao Tom,. The experience evolves into signature mains including Steamed Fish with Lemongrass, Coriander and Ginger, Zhēn Zhū Lamb Loin in Black Bean Sauce, and Stir-Fried Lobster with Black Pepper and Garlic, complemented by curries such as Gaeng Kiew Warn and Gaeng Massaman, served with Jasmine Rice.
