From May 18th to 25th, guests are invited to savor moments of leisurely indulgence from 3 PM onwards. This thoughtfully curated offering presents a contemporary and vibrant take on the classic high tea, featuring handcrafted delights designed for relaxed afternoons and sophisticated snacking.
The “Afternoon Tea” at Tess offers a choice of two meticulously prepared tasting platters, each promising a harmonious blend of savory and sweet treats. The vegetarian selection features delicate tofu bao buns with subtle seasoning and creamy avocado served on toasted sourdough. For non-vegetarian palates, the platter includes flavorful Sichuan chicken bao buns alongside the same delightful creamy avocado on sourdough. Both options culminate in a trio of decadent desserts: a rich Belgian chocolate pastry, a moist banana tea cake, and a smooth Biscoff cheesecake. To perfectly complement these delectable bites, a curated selection of handpicked teas will be available, ranging from fragrant floral infusions to robust and aromatic blends, each chosen to enhance the overall tasting experience.
