Chef Prabakaran Rengarajan has joined Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa as their new Executive Chef. Chef Prabakaran brings an impressive culinary background, having served as the Executive Chef at Marriott Hotels for around 4 years and previously with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for 16 years including Grand Hyatt Kochi as Executive Sous Chef.
In his new role, Chef Prabakaran will lead the culinary team of Vibe Munnar Resort & Spa, the luxury property situated in the beautiful Munnar hills, bringing his extensive experience and innovative approach to enhance our dining experiences. He will oversee menu development, and kitchen operations, and ensure that our guests enjoy the finest in culinary excellence. His dedication to quality and passion for food will be instrumental in taking the resort’s culinary offerings to new heights.
