Vistara Airlines has commenced daily non-stop flights connecting Delhi and Bali. The inaugural flight, operated on Vistara’s A321LR aircraft, took off from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi at 00:30 Hours (IST) on December 01, 2023, and touched down at Denpasar International Airport, Bali (DPS) at 11:05 Hours (WITA). Vistara’s A321LR boasts a three-class seating configuration, offering passengers contemporary interiors, in-seat power/USB charging ports, a state-of-the-art In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system, live TV, and onboard Wi-Fi, enhancing the overall in-flight experience.
Mr. Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer of Vistara, expressed excitement, stating, “Bali is a highly sought-after destination for Indian travelers, and we are thrilled to be the exclusive airline launching direct connectivity between Delhi and Bali. Given the strong commercial and cultural ties between India and Indonesia, Bali has become a significant destination for corporate travel and MICE. We are eager to bring India and South Asia’s Best Airline to Bali, confident that Vistara’s world-class product and services will be the preferred choice for customers on this new route.”
Mr. Faik Fahmi, President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (AP1), conveyed enthusiasm and optimism about the route’s opening, saying, “We welcome Vistara to Bali. After a long wait, Bali is finally connected directly with India through Vistara’s inaugural flight. This momentous occasion deserves to be recorded in the history books of AP1; this eagerly awaited flight route is now officially operational.”
