Mohit Dembla, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, commenced his career with The Oberoi Group and subsequently lent his expertise to esteemed brands such as Taj Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, and Minor International across India, the Seychelles, and the Maldives. Joining Marriott International in 2014 as Complex Front Office Manager at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, Mohit’s journey continued with Marriott International in 2018, as he assumed the role of Resort Manager for the grand opening of JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa.
Throughout his tenure at JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, Mohit has been instrumental in formulating and executing strategies that have significantly contributed to the resort’s success. His unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership, and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences have played a pivotal role in the resort’s growth.
