With a stellar career spanning over a decade in the luxury hospitality and marketing sectors, Ms. Jain brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Her distinguished professional journey includes significant contributions to internationally renowned hotel chains such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton, and IHCL, where she consistently garnered acclaim for her outstanding achievements.
Shantla holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources, emphasizing her comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, digital and social media marketing, public relations, and media management. Before joining JW Marriott, Shantla was pivotal in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, establishing brand associations, and managing media and PR activities at Conrad Bengaluru.
In her capacity as Director of Marketing and Communications, Ms. Jain is well-positioned to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, establish strategic brand partnerships, and assume responsibility for overseeing media and public relations initiatives at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa and Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills A Tribute Portfolio Resort.
